Older workers

59yo, soon to be 60yo, man currently employed as a RN. I have consistently worked in healthcare for 40 years and I am existentially tired. I am beyond burned out and there is absolutely no way I can keep this up for 7 more years-no way!!! I have had some significant financial setbacks and I absolutely can't quit, go part-time or change jobs. I have given up the best years of my life as well as my youth, freedom, and body (bad back from lifting heavy patients) for my career and now I want my life back. I'm just wondering if there is anyone else in a similar situation and how you are coping?
