How to expand my MIS/BSA skillset to have a higher chance of being able to work remotely?

Right now I can work 50% remotely, but would like to increase that to 100%. I'm currently working as a Business Systems Analyst, building internal and external-facing services in a low-code environment that's unfortunately not a widely used platform outside of this very specific niche sector, and a semi-product owner (as in I handle the building, direction and calls for what the organization does with the platform, but I don't have anything to do with the development of the platform as it's bought from external provider). I also do some general project management, stakeholder management, process mapping, requirements gathering and other digital transformation projects. I have no certs.

I find it hard to find a fully remote job as it seems most are geared towards engineers of some sort. How can I upskill and increase my chances of finding something fully remote? Or any other advice?

I'm in Europe if that's relevant.
