Cheat room

Hi everyone, I have Cheat Room (XB1) to debug the Dawnguard questline because it stopped giving me quests after Bloodline. However, when I use “Cheat Spell Options,” it only gives me a bunch of options called “Cheat Menu 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9,” and I can’t find anything related to quests in any of them. Does anyone have a solution for this?
