starting an academic club

hello everyone so I'm aware that everyone has mixed feelings on english but was wondering whether its a good idea to start an english club at my school as I want to help not myself succeed but everyone else do well im in year eleven and I have some spare time does anyone think it would be a good idea to raise this with my coordinator as my school doesn't have it
