Wife struggling while I'm at work

Advice Request

I work a seasonal job with very long hours in the summer time. Away for 3 to 5 days, work in town 9-5 inbetween, 0 to 2 days off a week. We have a 9 month old at home, and my wife is struggling to care for herself while I'm working. I'm not concerned about our child, but I absolutely am concerned about her, especially considering this the first of MANY summers where she will have to do the bulk of the childcare by herself.

I've exhausted all the help I can think of. We got two grandmothers that show up late and that's it. None of my friends have kids, and my only other option has their hands full with older children.

We both have mental disorders, and she is in counseling for it. We are predispositioned to have a more difficult time raising kids. We also plan on having more. I'm trying to think of ways I can help her since I'm out of people to just send to the house when she needs and my job is what it is. We have a little bit of spare money I'd be willing to throw at this problem.

Other than just being a better husband when I am home, what would you guys do?
