Regarding STEM-OPT pending Vermont

Biometrics done: 25th Feb 2026
Responded to photo only RFE with cover letter, RFE response and appointment stamped notice on portal : 27th Feb 2027
Case is still processing

So my case is now over normal processing time of 4.5 months, I tried contacting chat live agents and they said my case is pending with Vermont center and they do not need anything from me.

Anyone in the similar boat or any suggestions? Should I also upload my stamped biometric receipt somewhere in portal. I uploaded it in RFE response button.
