Is anyone else bummed out by how small Gotham and Metropolis are in Lego DC Super Villains?

Don't get me wrong, it is great game, but I feel like Gotham and Metropolis could have easily been bigger especially since Lego Avengers had big Manhattan from Lego Marvel 1 in addition to several other hub worlds. I think I would've prefer big Gotham like in LB2 with no Metropolis rather than two small cities which resemble towns in size.
