Trading is the only place where doing nothing feels productive

Spent hours watching charts today and took zero trades.

A normal person would probably call that wasting time.

But in trading somehow that counts as discipline 😂

Honestly, not losing money feels better than forcing bad entries sometimes.

Anyone else have days like this?
