Buying a house in Brandon

Is it possible to buy a decent 3-4b/2b house in Brandon within 300-350k range? It looks like the market is extremely saturated based on what I’ve heard from some people about high prices and multiple offers on one house. I do see a couple of listings online but not sure if those prices reflect the actual value and I’ just don’t want to go in the market if I know my money won’t go that far. Any advice? Thanks!
