The Time not moving bug is still here!?

So yeah time had just stopped now in my game, the game is unpaused but nothing is happening no matter what I do. The same thing happened to me before in a Bohemia run months ago and bricked the run.

Thankfully this time it didn't happen to far into the campaign just 20 years, but now I have another dead run and time wasted because of this bug.

It doesn't happen often, but how has Paradox not fixed this horrible issue, like this a literally game breaking glitch that people reported before and they still not have fixed it? And people wonder why the game is still getting so many mixed reviews and why so many are waiting until it actually gets fixed, and I’m one of the people who still likes this game despite its flaws, but this, vassal rebel wars not making you war leader, and many other minor things is making this game less fun for me to enjoy and defend.
