Is project M a one time project?

So I’m pretty sure alot of you got that email of the new project. Claiming 50/hrly and uploading basically your personal information to their system to use for very low one time pay.
My question is. Is this a one time project? Cause I see task limit. And no mention of this being a on going project after getting your information.
