Terrified to poop after burst hemorrhoid

I've had hemorrhoids before but the one I had this last week was the worst ever. Incredibly intense pain until today eventually it popped. Problem is I am slightly constipated and I am terrified of pooping because I worry it'll be a bloodbath (sorry to be so graphic). I am also on baby aspirin which I think has exacerbated the normal levels of bleeding one would get with a burst hemorrhoid. Saw a doctor today who said it should get better soon after bursting. Problem is now every time I sit down to even try pooping that fear is on my mind and it just doesn't happen. I also noted I bleed again a bit most of the time when I sit down to poop (thanks again to aspirin for that). Anyway what can I do? Didn't poop yesterday so obviously the fear is a hard stool and way more blood. I took one macrogol sachet earlier but dunno if I should be taking more to try and get a bowel movement going.
