Were (some) affixes removed for the new season?

I recall there being one to increase the duration of Paladin's Concecration but I can no longer find that, even on the eternal character I was using during the pre-order period. I can't find it in any patch notes so I'm just wondering if I'm missing something I need to find or if it's actally gone?
