Question about the FAQ

Is there any particular reason the FAQ is full of information that is just 100% completely wrong?

For example, none of the factions it talks about are actually in the game.

And for the ship component, there is no Galley in your ship, nor is there a spyglass.

There are no bounties in the game. Nor is there "Arbitage."

Nor does the direction of the wind make any difference to the game.
