Dolly: an AI tool that handles workplace messaging on behalf of each individual employee
There's a category of workplace tool that doesn't exist yet: one that handles your messaging inbox the way you would, not the way a generic bot would.
We built Dolly to fill that gap.
The difference from existing tools:
- Most AI email/Slack tools summarize or draft. Dolly actually sends — on your behalf, with your approval level set by you.
- Most are shared team bots. Dolly is per-employee. Every person gets their own individual clone.
- Most use generic LLM outputs. Dolly fine-tunes on your actual communication history, so it sounds like you, not like ChatGPT.
The use case: employees spending 2-3 hours a day on async messages that, most of the time, follow patterns they've already established hundreds of times. Dolly handles the predictable load. You handle the rest.
It plugs into email and Slack. Setup takes under an hour. It starts in supervised mode (you review everything) and you can gradually increase its autonomy as you build trust in it.
