Goalthread / Aryan - Poor Experience.
Just sharing my experience with Aryan / Goalthread ( u/Prestigious_Plum_893) for anyone checking seller reliability. Attaching screenshots too so people can decide for themselves.
I’d never ordered from them before, but for my first order I still prepaid the full ₹1099 upfront in good faith. Especially because sellers these days are always talking about COD losses, fake buyers, people refusing delivery etc, and why they prefer prepaid orders. This tee I received, although the tracking details and all weren't shared and I had to request for updates directly from the seller multiple times rather than being able to check online myself.
I chose to order another tee. Here is my experience
1 ) Once again, he asked me to pay Rs.1099/- which I did immediately. After payment, communication became pretty inconsistent. I was told the order had been “shipped,” but no AWB/tracking was shared despite me asking multiple times over several days.
- Then later I was told the parcel was “not picked up” by the courier and the order would have to be refunded. I said "no issues, just resend the product"
3) What made the whole thing feel weird from my side was this:
Before even starting the conversation about replacement/reshipping, I specifically checked the website and the product was still listed as available. In every size.
However, the price mentioned was Rs.1499/-
Then I was told “checking inventory,” and within maybe 10 minutes the product disappeared from the site and suddenly the product got deleted from the website.
He left me hanging at "checking inventory", deleted the higher priced listing and didn't reply. I followed up 4 hours later, and he finally said it was "stocked out"
you can see the timestamps at the corner of the screenshots that show that he did this while having the conversation, not that he unlisted it earlier and it was a genuine mistake.
5:23 PM - Product is very much listed, but at a markup
5:36 PM - "Let me check the availability"
5:41 PM - Page not found.
then no follow up from his end.

I’m not outright accusing anyone of anything, but from my POV it honestly felt like there were orders at both the older ₹1099 pricing and the newer ~₹1499 pricing, and naturally the higher-margin orders got priority while the lower-priced ones got refunded.
Maybe it genuinely was just bad inventory management or courier issues. But as a prepaid customer who trusted the seller upfront, the experience definitely left a bad taste.
If you're a reseller, the only value you're adding to the entire chain is to get the product to the customer smoothly. Here, the
best case - you have terrible inventory management and are running this business to make an easy buck without doing the bare minimum work like ensuring a good shipping partner and updating your website promptly.
worst case - you're outright unethical and just keep variable pricing to see how much you can squeeze out for each subsequent order, in case there's high demand.
No matter what, nothing justifies inconsistent pricing.

Please note - Since i HAVE received the refund, I am not tagging this as a Scam or saying "fraud" etc.
on a side note - i'm still looking for this tee so if there's a reliable seller who has it, please do let me know.
Thanks.
