Rapido scam

Just had a bad experience with rapido today. After the rapido driver arrived at the pickup, he urgently told me to get on without entering the otp. Since the vehicle number matched I got on. He seemed quite friendly and made a lot of small talk on the way. After around 5 mins I saw him finally enter the otp by which time I knew rapido will have charged the user- me, some 5 rupees more. After reaching the location the guy showed me his scanner and asked me to pay *₹93* for what was initially a *₹68* ride. I was suspicious and asked him to show the fee on the app which now said ₹73 due to him entering the otp very late. I pointed out that the app showed that I had to pay ₹73 so then he scrolled down

and showed me another list which said something like this:

Amount paid by rider: ₹73

Amount paid by rapido: ₹20

Total:₹93

This guy was trying to get me to pay the full ₹93 out of which ₹20 was to be paid by the company and not by me(it was a discounted ride).

I raises my voice a little to make my point clear but he still tried to get ne to pay "at least ₹83".

I just paid ₹73 and walked away not wanting to cause a scene.
