[Routine Help] sensitive combination skin with redness, blackheads, clogged pores…. where do I even start?

hi guys i genuinely dont know what to do with my skin 😭 (f18)
my skin is combination and really sensitive/redness prone, but at the same time i have a ton of blackheads around my nose and tzone, clogged pores all over my face,and milia under my eyes. whenever i try exfoliating products i either break out super badly or my skin gets irritated and i also feel like it doesnt unclog my pores

ive gotten professional extractions before too but everything just came back really fast so now i feel like theres no point …

right now i only use a basic cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen because im scared of making things worse. (i dont think my skin barrier is damaged or anything though)
i just dont know where to start or what products/treatments actually work for sensitive skin thats also congested

has anyone else dealt with this?? what helped you?
