Sexual urges are no sin, it's your power.

I see a lot of people reacting negatively to sexual urges, like it’s forbidden to have them. Even fantasies about love or intimacy are treated like a sin.

I think this way of thinking is harmful, because you always end up feeling like you did something “wrong” and become disappointed in yourself.

You need awareness of your sexual energy, don't suppress or condemn it.

For example, every morning when I wake up, I feel a strong energy and the urge to touch myself. But instead of reacting to it, I say:

“Thank you for this strong energy. I’m going to use it to build my empire.”

Observe the feeling in your body, enjoy it, and feel grateful for it. That’s how you integrate it. This energy is part of you. You have to realize that. Harness it. Let it charge you and heal you.

The same goes for fantasies and urges. You don’t need to act on them, but they can exist. Let them pass. Observe them. Where are they coming from? Your reaction to them is what matters. That takes awareness.

Meditate and observe your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. You don’t need to become some kind of spiritual zen yogi master. Meditation is for everyone. smart, dumb, rich, poor.

The core message is simple:

Your breath is a tool to bring you in the moment and observe reality as it is. Your breath is the bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind. This is how you become aware of your patterns and slowly free yourself from them.

You can read a thousand books about spirituality and still get lost in information. It’s not necessary. Read one good classic and practice consistently. Most books repeat the same message in different ways. Just practice 5 minutes every day. Thats enough and a great first step on the path. With time you will become more patient with it.

Practicing semen retention alone is not enough. You need to break free from obsessive and compulsive patterns in general. Porn, obsessive masturbation, smoking, social media, constant stimulation.

Sometimes the best thing is to let go of everything at once. That’s what they teach in serious addiction programs and clinics too. Otherwise, you keep replacing one habit with another and never fully move on. Habits are all wired together in the brain. You need to stop bad habits all together and forge new neurological paths.

Make a vow to yourself:

“I’m going to clean my body and mind and leave destructive habits behind.”

Expect to feel uncomfortable or even sick for a while. Be patient and keep going. Better times will come. The benefits will come.

Be grateful for your sexual energy. It is your power. Feel it. Embrace it. Use it to your advantage. Let it charge you and heal you.

There are many approaches to this, but this is how I overcame addictions to porn, masturbation, smoking or any random obsession, and start living a healthy lifestyle.

All men are warriors. Just take the journey.
