Need Advice - OIT today or skip - possible pink eye

We just started OIT this week for a cashew allergy for my son (14 months). Today would be day 2 at home and I think there’s a chance he may have pink eye (eye lashes stuck together on one eye). I tried calling the clinic and they don’t open for another hour.

For those experienced in OIT - would you do OIT or skip today?
