I got a call from hr of HCL tech for a job role. He said they can only offer same as my current salary. I am doing a remote job now and they are also giving wfh. I am little confused here what should I do. My current company is not at all in big names and job is also not stable.

Should I accept this offer or continue with my current job?
What questions can I ask them?
