Touch unresponsive on SE 3

Hi yall, i dont know of its just me or my watch is buggy, but most of the time the touch can just stop working on my SE 3 and force restarting it will not work unless you do it so many times. Has anyone been encountering this problem on their SE 3? Its been happening so many times lately.
