Help logging into roblox account

So basically I was playing blox fruits and then I got kicked out of the game and it showed me the error message 'someone else is playing in your account' or something and then I got logged out of my account and I haven't been able to log back in despite putting in the password the I KNOW is right because I have used it multiple times before and it was my saved password and tried many variation and other old passwords and that didn't work so I tried to reset it but I just didn't get any email in my Gmail account that I KNOW is the email account that I added to my account and then I tried to contact roblox support and they were useless as well. In fact they suggested making a new account and that was stupid because I couldn't just lose my roblox account after all the effort I put into it.

And I haven't given my password to any of my friends I know that much and although roblox was installed in my dad's and sister's phone, even for them, my account was logged out.

Guys please help me out I lost my original account in the exact same manner I don't wanna lose this one as well.
