I keep hearing about digital real estate and Web3 domains as a passive income play. The idea is you buy a valuable domain name and then lease it out to someone who wants to use it. But does anyone actually do this? Where would you even list a Web3 domain for rent? What's fair pricing? I'm skeptical but curious.
