Recommended Mentor teardrop moderate 375cc dual plane

I'd love to hear other people with similar stats personal experience...

Height & weight: 159cm, 61kg

Natural size: large b/small c

Nipple position: slightly above the fold

Chest width: 12.5cm

Surgeon's recommendation:

Mentor teardrop implants, moderate profile, dual plane, 375cc

He said I can't go any smaller because of the size of my pocket and that as my nipples are already quite high a lift would be a bigger surgery than needed. My breasts have always been bottom heavy. He said teardrop mimics my breasts natural shape and my nipple will be positioned perfectly with this style of implant. He said I can't have a round implant because it will push my nipple down and the heavy bottom part of my breasts won't look good.

My worries:

- 375cc will be too big with my existing breast tissue. I want my breast to be full, but not huge/over the top for my body.

- Teardrop will be too firm (I've read that it is firmer than smooth round implants, but I have no idea the degree of difference between the two)

- The implant felt and looked so big to me. Have other people felt this way but then it was fine when put in? Do you not feel the full weight as it's half held under the muscle? Or does it feel like you're carrying the full weight around...

Thank you!
