Is something off today?

Context my ping is at the normal steady rate of around 38 so nothing to do with that. Grenades seem to disappear, sometimes they smash sometimes they don’t, seems like hipfire bullets are travelling slower than usual too it’s very surreal. I haven’t played for about 5 days so I don’t know if the Tuesday patch has messed something up. It’s still playable but I’ve got around 1000h on Ana over the years and this is messing with me today.
