Endgame Staff and Shield Built

Hi guys,

any tips for a built for Staff and Shield for late game?

I am looking to do decent damage, high taunt (aoe) and high survivability. However I have no Idea which abilities to prioritize? My buddy is firemage and we usually play together, so I feel like rage reduce doesn't make much sense if his fire has a 200% rage increase anyway.

Any tips of links you can give me?

Side note: Is there a strong dps built for sword shield? to use for farming or when a tank is already in group?
