how to not get rejected a fourth time

i applied for the scholarship three times and i’ve been rejected each time. i passed the exam, i made up till the interview stage and then i get rejected and i never know why.

i’m planning on applying again this year but i want to make sure i win the scholarship.

what are some advice you can share with me?
