Already diagnosed, just looking for titration through RTC

Hey all. I got diagnosed last year through Holistic ADHD / ADHD Net and was waiting for medication before they got dissolved. They said they would pass me onto a new provider, but apparently didn't.

I asked my GP to refer me to Harrow Health for medication. They accepted me very quickly, but I then found out there is an 8 week wait to be assessed again.

Are there any options out there for when you already have an assessment from a different clinic, and so you don't need to be assessed again? I have looked this up but am getting conflicting information.
