Deliverables form filling of OVGU Magdeburg

I'm applying for msc to OVGU MAGDEBURG through uni assist. While answering the mandatory questions you are supposed to fill a deliverables form. The problem is they said to upload the specific pdf ( eg. Internship, bachelor thesis etc) with certain names but I don't know where to upload the PDFs on uni assist or mail them. If anyone who has filled the form can you help me.
