My items have disappeared

Say it, guys! I've been playing Fallout 4 and 76 for about 3 years... Recently I went to change my Fallout 76 camp and ALL my items disappeared and are not in the saved items.

My bet is that they are under the earth buggy. Has anyone ever been through this?

Some items I don't mind losing, but I have the strongest powerarmors in the armor supports that I can't recover. If anyone has any tips on how to reset the whole camp and everything goes to the inventory, it also works...

Does anyone know how to solve it? Maybe contact support? This one really loves this game and it's what I have the most fun with today.
