Best and Most Affordable 3D Printer for Parts and Body Creation for 24th Scale and 10th Scale?

Hey, everybody! So, my boyfriend’s birthday is coming up soon and he’s huge into 24th scale and new to 10th scale RC builds. He loves to create his own parts out of things he has around the building and has been talking about wanting a 3D printer recently. Is there an affordable (under $300 preferably) 3D printer you guys would recommend? He wants to make full on bodies and parts for his trucks with it. I also want to use it for my truck.
