Sim Hydro Bed not outputting essence

I've got an SFM simulated hydro bed setup, works good but for some reason 2 beds aren't being pulled from. It pulls the fertilized essence from it but not the regular essence. It send the essence to drawers, which I have confirmed work. I can take these flourite seeds and put them in the bed above or below and it will pull it all into my system.

Settings are copied from other beds so it should be working. Any ideas? Another bed is doing the same thing, and it's just on the other side of the SFM wall.
