How much money to retire in Ho Chi Minh city?

Early 30s, studying and working abroad for a loong time. Now I want to go back and enjoy life in ho chi minh city. How much money you guys think is enough to have decent life there? Single, likely won't change so only need to support me and my parents. They are in a much cheaper city though.
