Question about moroccan phone number abroad

For Moroccans living abroad or traveling long term:

Do Moroccan SIM cards like Orange Maroc or IAM still receive OTP/login SMS abroad without needing regular roaming recharges?
I’m mainly asking about receiving verification codes for bank accounts, social media, and other online services while outside Morocco.

How reliable is it in practice?
