Custom e bike builds?

Anyone know anybody on long island that custom builds e bikes? I'm trying to get something legal but also good, and building it seems like the way to go without spending 5k trying to get 100 miles on a charge, if you know anyone that wants to make a few bucks building something custom lmk 🤙 also feel free to drop pics of your own custom builds
