Best local boutiques (baby/maternity?) and top bargain thrift store.

Visiting Boise this weekend. I love to thrift (love items under $10 hahah— like goodwill level not fancy overpriced!) AND love to support locally owned boutiques. Bonus points for baby / maternity stores. What areas should I look for multiple boutiques like this?!

What are the best bargain thrift stores in the area?

Assuming these shops won’t be close to one another but looking for a shopping area I can walk / browse / get coffee and browse boutiques. And then very best thrift shops I can pop in if they are worth it.
