please help me get the salon type hair

so I have a 2b - ish type hair, and i already have a the morphy Richard's hair dryer, should I opt for manual blowout (with regular hair brushes) or should I just buy those alan truman type ones? if yes, whats the best blowout hair brush which helps me achieve this? if you can tell the exact models for recommendations that would be much appreciated ty
