Want help feeling stuck !!!

Hi fellow physios,

I’m a 26F physiotherapist with a BPT degree, almost 2 years of work experience, and an IELTS score of 7.5. I’ve always dreamed of moving abroad for a better career and lifestyle, but I feel completely stuck about where to start.

For the past year, I was trying to move to Australia on a student visa, but with the current situation, rising costs, and visa uncertainty, it feels very difficult financially. I’m not in a position to afford an expensive international student pathway right now.

I wanted to ask fellow physios who have already moved abroad or are in the process:
- Which country currently has a better/easier PR pathway for physiotherapists?
- Is there any way to apply directly for PR or a work-based pathway from my home country instead of going on a student visa?
- Which countries should I realistically target with my profile?
- How does the PR system actually work for healthcare professionals?

I’d really appreciate honest guidance or personal experiences because I feel very confused and overwhelmed with all the information online.
