Popular SAAS but struggling at marketing and getting exposure

Hi all. Basically, i have done the hard part of developing my saas and making it ready for launch. Now that development is out of the way, I'm struggling with getting exposure. What did you do to get exposure to your SaaS to get the maximum traffic to your pages with the least amount spent. As a developer, I actually suck at marketing side of things unfortunately.
