Wtf is wrong with the deposits asked here

Im pretty sure most of the people posting here are brokers, making up fake shit about "im a lawyer/student/whatever" and asking for insane deposits

I just commented on a post saying why are you asking for 1L deposit and 15k setup cost (whatever that is they have come up with), on 15k rent and i got abused in the comments (most likely it was his own other account from reading it).

Since you can't make a legal rental agreement with more than 2 months of deposit shown on it they will all ask for it under the table. Please flag these kinds of posts, when they see people unwilling to accept ridiculous amounts of deposits the market will correct.
