Vacuum that is AllergenSeal True HEPA around $150 USD?

Hi everyone! Needing some vacuum recommendations. We just got results that my youngest has a Class 3 IgE allergy to dog dander--and we have a dog. We are trying our best to find ways to manage this so we don't have to re-home her since our oldest loves her a lot. So I'm hoping to find a vacuum that:

• is within our $150 budget

• has AllergenSeal True HEPA

• works on multiple surfaces (hardwood, carpet, medium-pile rugs)

• can withstand daily usage, multiple times a day

• not a must but would be nice if it was easy to carry so I can use it to vacuum the car as well

I was originally looking at and leaning towards a Kenmore Intuition but I read that, despite it being a good vacuum, it comes with build issues. Should we still lean towards this or are there other vacuums that are better?
