lawsuit: notice of settlement/withdrawal

i was to be sued regarding credit card debt. i filed 7 before the suit was to take place. i received this settlement: withdrawal in the mail regarding the lawsuit, so it's no longer happening at all.

i heard this particular practice is ruthless and wants their money. because of all this, do you think they are more or less likely to show up to the 341? are they even allowed due to the status of the lawsuit being withdrawn?
