How does it work?

Hii I wanted to see the rank of my Zibai in Akasha but she doesn't show up. I have her in my profile and all but I just can't see what % she is. I don't have Neuvillette or Hu Tao on my profile so I don't know what they're doing here. I refreshed everything but my other geo characters also don't show up even though they're in my profile. How do I fix it? I wanna see how my Zibai is performing..
