Tips for new passes

The main things I’ve learned in a month or so on the job.

Run 2 satnavs, it looks stupid but I run a garmin dezl and eurowag every shift. Reason is I do a lot of trips to London and surrounding areas and fairly often atleast one of the satnavs will do something stupid. Using either one by themselves will land you in some shit at some point so if you run both and use your common sense you will rarely go wrong.

If it’s sketchy or dodgy in anyway don’t even attempt it atleast without another drivers help.

When corkscrewing your trailer around take it very slow if it’s in anyway tight and only attempt it if there’s plenty of space. I Learned tha one the hard way.
