whats the most you would spend on sneakers and whats the least that still gets you something decent?

trying to understand where the value sweet spot is like below what price are you just getting trash quality? and above what price are you just paying for the logo? for context i recently bought something in the 3-4k range and the quality genuinely surprised me. made me question if spending 8-10k on bigger brands is even worth it anymore whats your experience? whats the sweet spot?
