Her weapon or Chisa

So at the moment I have Hiyuki S0, and I'm planning on running Hiyuki, Lynae, Shorekeeper team (I have Mornye but she's with Luuk).

So the question is, should I save up for Chisa rerun or go for her sword? Which option gives more value/damage?
