Do I use Aha instant or Yao Guang ult? Start of rotation

Got Sparxie's speed tuning under control, so she goes before Aha's first turn. But if I get Yao Guang ult up (E0S0, so I need HuoHuo for that) before Aha's. Do I use Yao's ult immediately after Sparxie's turn and before Aha, so I can push SW999 into ult before the first actual Aha instant? The reason I am considering Yao's ult after Aha instant, is that Aha's instant generally delivers more CB, hence using that makes SW hit harder, no? So let's say she starts out with S rank with Yao, and SS with Aha.
