Looking for a personal trainer for my 70 year old fit father in Jayanagar

Hi 👋 Is there anyone who you can recommend a trainer to come home in Jayanagar 2nd Block and do some weight training every week for my fit father who will turn 70 year next year.

We have space but would need help with the weights to be recommended and brought in by the trainer.

Thanks!
