Movers

Does anyone know of a cheap moving service? I’m moving in a couple months and I’m trying to determine if it would be worth it out of convenience to just get movers instead of getting U-Haul and convincing a bunch of friends to help. I’m moving a 1 bedroom apartment a very short distance (5 minutes). Grunts told me the cheapest they could do is $575 but that feels too expensive to me. Anyone have any thoughts or is a U-Haul the way to go?
